As someone who is an elder at this point with about 60 years of rebelling against the status quo, and has moved through the thick energy of the patriarchal paradigm in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and is still moving through the current energy, having shifted from rebelling to creating, I have to share one thing that stands out no matter what. We must learn to make friends with death and rebirth as sacred companions. It boils down to that no matter if we're healing our relationship with food, our body, Mother Earth, sexuality, the feminine, patriarchy, you name it, or birthing a new paradigm, we are going through many deaths and rebirths. We are doing this personally and collectively.

It has taken years to be able to offer this Death & Rebirth Initiation as a template to support people to smooth out the ride without bypassing. To garner the wisdom from it with the support of spirit allies, plant spirits, rituals, energy work, and guidance, so it is an experience that can be integrated. Just as spirit offers experiences for us to learn and grow through in alignment with our own unique journey.

This retreat is offered as a gentle, nourishing, authentic initiation, put together as a result of our personal journeys, and as someone who has had to make good friends with death and rebirth. We welcome the conversation with you.
