Women’s Nature Retreats

Women's retreats take place at
Mary's Blue Ridge mountain home near Asheville, NC.

Visit Mary's blog for dates & details.

Stressed? Moving too fast? Are you there for everyone but yourself? Do you have “Self Nurturing Deficit Disorder?” Join Mary for an intimate retreat in her home nestled in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains outside of Asheville, NC. Check out, check in, and honor your inherent feminine wisdom with a Divinely nourishing experience in nature.

Seasonal Retreats are designed to support women to honor their deep wisdom that is self similar to nature’s. Drawing from Mary’s book Divine Nourishment/A Woman’s Sacred Journey with Food, she will gently guide you through a relaxed nourishing weekend that integrates seasonal wisdom. Mary will share her vast knowledge of cooking with the seasons using the highest quality local organic foods.

Depending on the season you may find yourself hiking the mountain gathering wild food and herbs, spending time in the garden, cooking nourishing meals together, swimming in the local swimming hole, sitting around the fire under the stars, making and enjoying facials, doing ceremony, hanging, writing, resting, and doing crafts. Activities for each weekend will align with the season in which it is experienced.

Please view the Retreats” page on my blog for the dates of seasonal retreats for 2010
These retreats are limited to only four women for an intimate, nourishing experience. They are scheduled as close to the new moon, and full moon in summer months, as possible for nature’s support in a new beginning of self care, nourishment, honoring, and celebration of ourselves.

You may also schedule your own personalized retreat for yourself or with friends with a two day and night minimum stay, and a seven day and night maximum stay.
